Schedule a Complimentary Case Evaluation
A Complimentary Case Evaluation is a free 15-minute telephone appointment conducted by one of our associates.
This appointment is intended for individuals who would like to briefly discuss their immigration matter, understand whether our office may be able to assist, and determine whether a formal consultation is the appropriate next step.
Please note that case evaluations are conducted by phone only. No legal advice or case-specific guidance will be provided during this appointment. If legal advice or a detailed assessment of your matter is required, kindly book a consultation.
Schedule a Consultation
Book a consultation with Kimia Moshiri, Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC-IRB) for professional guidance tailored to your specific immigration matter.
Whether you are exploring your immigration options, seeking advice regarding an existing matter, or considering retaining our office for representation, a consultation provides an opportunity to discuss your circumstances and receive case-specific guidance based on your situation.
Consultations are available virtually or in person at our Richmond Hill office.
If your matter involves a previous refusal, inadmissibility concerns, criminality, misrepresentation allegations, a Procedural Fairness Letter (PFL), refugee matters, detention reviews, CBSA enforcement issues, removal orders, or other complex immigration concerns, a Complex Immigration Consultation should be selected when booking your appointment.
If you are unsure whether a consultation is necessary or whether our office may be able to assist with your matter, we recommend booking a Complimentary Case Evaluation before proceeding.
