Study permit approved after THREE refusals!
Date of approval: September 2020
Turnaround: 4 months
The applicant was 18 years old when an unregulated representative submitted his first study permit application. He had an acceptance letter from Columbia College in Vancouver, British Columbia and held an IELTS Academic score of 6.0+. After his first refusal, instead of applying for the officer notes, the unregulated representative decided to re-submit the application. Re-submitting the same application two times without knowing the actual reasons for refusal and making improvements is a HUGE mistake.
After the third refusal, the applicant was referred to our office, and we were able to get him approval for his study permit application. We applied for the officer notes, acknowledged the officer’s concerns and submitted a strong application. The unregulated representative made many mistakes on his application which led to his refusal three times!
The applicant arrived in Canada in September 2020 and is currently studying at Simon Fraser University.

We are so happy to be part of her journey and wish the best for her!

His first application was submitted using a travel agency (unregulated representative) with admission from a private college for a one-year undergraduate level program.
We are proud to announce that we submitted a strong application and received the applicant’s study permit in July 2020 with an admission from the University of Waterloo. We were also able to assist the applicant in obtaining a partial fund of $20,000.00 CAD.
